Create a Scheme

This feature creates a zip file (scheme) of the currently loaded playback of your choice. By default, the scheme only includes those files that are referred to by pages in the playback.

This option is particularly useful to archive playbacks which can be reloaded at any time using ScreenWizard.

To Create a Scheme:

1.In Audience, go to Tools > ScreenWizard and select Yes until ScreenWizard opens.

2.In ScreenWizard, select Actions > Create Scheme Archive.

3.Select one or more of the playbacks from the list. Your scheme will contain the elements for those playbacks only.

4.To select a scheme icon, click on the box in the upper right corner. If only one playback is selected, a default scheme icon will be selected.

5.Enter a filename, a short and a longer description, and (optional) category information.

6.Optional: Select File Options to include specific files or directories in your scheme. See Include Other Files or Folders in the Scheme below for important information.

7.Click OK.

The new scheme will be saved to c:\local_schemes.
